Get a big 'ol Ball jar. Add your favorite spicy pickles and some brine. Add some green beans. Some pickled asparagus, some more dill brine. Some garlic. Olives. A couple hard boiled eggs. A couple of splashes of your favorite hot sauce. Keep refrigerated. Adjust on the fly. Sweet gherkins in a spicy bath turn out nice. Adjust over months, share at picnics and holidays, and everyone will ask where you got them from.

    Yea, I’m not 100% on the food safety side since you are reusing a brine, but you do you. You keep it in the fridge, so that’s a plus.
